The help file is installed in the Windows\Help folder to support context sensitive help in the IDE.  The access code is provided when you purchase the library and is passed with the application name on the Connect method of the QBConnection object.

Another related problem now...

I am reading your utility's error log (abRTlog.txt) from another program so that I can quickly determine whether or not the utility has crashed.

I just performed a manual refresh of all tables and the interface shows all tables with a status of "Refreshed" yet the error log was not updated.  It still shows the last entry—which is a connection error from earlier this morning.

Why is the error log not being updated?

I like this utility but we are getting frequent crashes (once or twice a week).  We have created many custom reports which depend on the data from the tables created by your utility and we are having to constantly check to make sure the utility is refreshing the tables properly before we can trust the reports as accurate.

Is there a new version (we have 6.0.16), a patch, or something we can try to improve reliability?  Does QuickBooks need to be running on the machine which has the utility?
