Handling Very Large Company Files

Our Quickbooks file is several GB and the program will hang when we attempt to move data - even just this year's transactions. We would like to have everything moved over but are unsure of how to do it. According to an error that popped up, our server doesn't have enough memory to pull that much data at once.

I was thinking of bringing it over in sections, but I would like to know the best way to go about that.

Any advice or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can pull transactions by date span if you set the date filter and the append option in the configuration screen.
